1. How long does it take to get a reply after we send you an inquiry?

3. What products can you provide?

We mainly produce water pumps, submersible pumps, centrifugal pumps, circulating pumps, sewage pumps and other water pumps for various purposes.

5. What is the production capacity of your company?

After 20 years of development, the production scale of small water pumps with an annual production capacity of 1.5 million units.
6. How many employees does your company have, and how many are technicians?

The company has more than 50 employees, including 20 professional and technical personnel.
7. How does your company guarantee product quality?

First of all, we will have a corresponding first inspection after each process of mass production, and secondly, we will conduct random inspections during the production process. For the final product, we will do 100% according to customer requirements and international standards.
8. What is the payment method?

When quoting, we will confirm the transaction method with you, LC, T/T, PayPal, Western UnionF or other methods. When mass production, we generally pay 30% in advance, and then pay the balance according to the bill of lading. Most of our payment methods are T/T, of course L/C can also be accepted.
9. How will the goods be delivered to the customer?

Usually we ship by sea, because we are only 200 kilometers away from Ningbo Port, and it is very convenient to export by sea. Of course, if the customer's goods are urgent, we can also ship by air. Ningbo Airport and Shanghai International Airport are very close to us.
10. Where do your goods mainly export to?

Our products are mainly exported to dozens of regions in North America, South America, Eastern Europe, Southeast Asia, Africa, Oceania, Middle East, East Asia, Western Europe, etc.
